Sieve not working

I have installed Mailcow with Docker on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. It is very good distribution for mail server. Everything works, accept Sieve filter with SOGo.
I have tested different filters but nothing works. The problem is that there is no compiled (?) *.svbin version of my Sieve filters in Docker container Dovecot:

I also changed something in the web UI to the global sieve filters, but that didn’t work either. I think sieve is not running.
Do you have any tip for me?

I need to correct that: The sieve rules in SOGo work, but not in the context of Sync. I had picked up the emails from my mail provider via Sync. With this the sieve rules do not work. I now fetch the emails with fetchmail and in this scenario it works.
