In my DMARC reports I see a few mails being sent from my server’s hostname (e.g. mx.myserver.com) without a DKIM signature and ofc SPF fail.
I guess these are mails sent by mailcow itself, like quota limit notifications etc. The only reason to see them in Outlook DMARC reports is because people are forwarding their mailboxes there.
How should I resolve this? 1) Is there a way to configure mailcow to send system mails via an existing mail account, thus DKIM and SPF align, or 2) how can I stop emails from mx.myserver.com being forwarded globally?
