Using the iOS profile, my CalDac and CardDav passwords are not accepted. In contrast, IMAP works fine and I have access to my emails. I also tried AppPasswords and deactivated 2FA for the admin and mail accounts, however, the problem is still there. Additionally, I am also not able to connect via Active Sync. I assume, it is the same password issue. And what does your mailcow.conf look like? If you have `SKIP_SOGO=y` then you should change that.

No, I do not have SKIP_SOGO=y.
I am also able to log in into the webinterface of sogo without any issues.

I did not change much compared to the standard config:

SKIP_SOLR=y

As that is only affecting https port, do you have a reverse proxy? Maybe the problem lies there.

I guess you’re on Hetzner ARM64 with the latest nightly build?

I’ve had the same problem. It seems like the new LDAP/identity provider implementation broke something.
Since the person in charge is currently on holiday, the installation of the nightly builds is not recommended at the moment.

I’ve switched back to x86_64 with stabile release and solved all these problems.

Nightly build install is never recommended, not if you are hosting multiple users on it. You are calling for trouble then 😉

Can confirm, not working in latest stable build either. Both Outlook 2010 and Thunderbird on Ubuntu using CalDAV returning 403 error on auth attempt.

That is a different error, you get 403 (not found), the OP gets 401 (access denied)

That could actually be the reason, why I thought it is not related to the ARM64 version.
I was not able to use CalDAV and ActiveSync on stable either. I will check, whether I get a 403 or 401 error on stable…

Ok, not sure what I did wrong previously, but after retesting with the stable version, everything works fine.
So the issue is definitely related to the ARM version.
