Subject: Issue with sending emails from noreply@exemple.com on the www.test.ru portal

Hello,

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue related to sending emails from the address noreply@exemple.com on the www.test.ru portal. I have a Mailcow server hosting my email domain @exemple.com, and I am using Mailgun to send emails from the portal.

When I click on the “Forgot Password” button on the www.test.ru portal, Mailgun sends an email from noreply@exemple.com to my email domain. However, I receive an error stating “Sender address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table” on my Mailgun. I have tried various solutions mentioned on the forum related to this error, but I have been unable to resolve it.

I would like to know the possible solutions to this problem. Additionally, I would like to understand how I can add the email address noreply@exemple.com to the virtual mailbox table to avoid this error. It is worth mentioning that if I change the sender to a different domain, such as “noreply@testtest.com,” the emails are successfully delivered.

On Mailgun, I receive the following error with code “550”:
Delivery Status Message: 5.1.0 bounce+0cc553.833d0-test=exemple.com@exemple.com: Sender address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

I would appreciate any assistance or recommendations to resolve this issue.
