How to apply filter

i want to configure a filter which automatically sense the incoming mail for the specific keywords and move to sub folder.

You should be able to configure this inside the mail settings of SOGo.

Or use a sieve filter, which can be applied for all mailboxes.
Examples can be found in the filter section of mailcow admin, global prefilter.
