Catch-all Email not working

I have setup an alias named catchall@example.com to receive all emails from domain @example.com but when I send an email to an existent email of this domain, this email can receive but the catch-all email cannot. However, if I send email to a nonexistent email, the catch-all email can receive the email. Anyone can help me?

This is how I would expect it to work. A catch-all mailbox is meant to receive all mails that cannot be assigned to an existing mailbox. So if you ask me, this is working as designed.
