Hi my mailserver is setup. I checked all the configurations and tried to find the fix myself but no luck. Sogo is active. The mailboxes are working fine through webmail and activesync on mobile devices. When I try on desktop it does find the settings automatically but it won’t connect. I am getting the error that the authentication is failed on the desktop clients. I would love to send the logs, but I am not sure which ones would be useful for this.
