How to simulate multiple mail servers on a single server?

Hi:

I would like to have ONLY 1 mail server, but simulate multiple mail servers with different postfixes. How to deal with that?

Let me give an example:
I’ve got mail.longervision.com running mailcow . I’m NOT installing a 2nd mail.longervisionrobot.com, but would like to be looked on as I’ve got a 2nd mail server running. I can use, say, contact@longervisionrobot.com to send and receive Emails on the same mailcow ?

Any documentation for me to follow?

If you only would like to have one mail server, simply don’t install multiple ones.

No need to “simulate” (whatever you mean with that) multiple mailservers. Instead simply add the domains within the mailcow UI and set according DNS records (DKIM/DMARC/SPF) properly. I don’t believe there are docs for that, but the UI is very simple anyway.
