  • SOGo edit config File (SOGoMailSignaturePlacement)

Hello everyone,

I am attempting to edit the SOGo configuration file located at data/conf/sogo/sogo.conf to include the parameter SOGoMailSignaturePlacement = above; as specified on page 58 (PDF page 61) of the SOGo Installation Guide [ https://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoInstallationGuide.pdf

]. However, despite adding this line and restarting the SOGo container with the memcached, the signatures are still appearing below when I try to reply to an email.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with a solution or insight into what I might be doing wrong.

My guess would be that this only works for new mailboxes, but it doesn’t overwrite existing user settings. You can change that in the SOGo settings of your account.
