<info@*****.***>: host mail.******.***[***.***.***.***] said: 550 5.7.1
Service unavailable; client [178.154.239.150] blocked using
b.barracudacentral.org (in reply to RCPT TO command)

178.154.239.150 is used by official Yandex.
How i can whitelist 178.154.239.150 from my server and yandex.com domains?

My plans for whitelist:
Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft), Yandex, Yahoo, Mail.ru, Proton Mail and safe services like this brands…

  • You can whitelist domains and addresses in the mailcow UI: https://docs.mailcow.email/manual-guides/mailcow-UI/u_e-mailcow_ui-bl_wl/ (either per user/inbox or as admin for everyone)

That’s a really bad idea. Everyone could just create accounts on those services and send you spam (and the actually do). The email provider is responsible to not get on a blacklist and to delist themselves. It’s not your job to disable every spam filtering mechanism to receive mail.

    Ask on barracudacentral.org for unblock?

MAGIC I don’t think you can delist foreign IP addresses. And you probably shouldn’t, because you don’t know if the problem is fixed on their end.

It is not that he can’t send, it is that he cannot receive mails from that SMTP server because they got onto a RBL.
There is not much that you can do then. Its the responsibility of the owner of the sending SMTP server. Maybe you could add that IP to the “forwarding hosts” (then no RBL and spam checks are done), but that can ONLY be a very temporary solution, and people tend to forget to reset temporary solutions 😉

esackbauer Understood. At times, i helped to clear the IP. Now the IP is removed from the list.

The IP address 178.154.239.150 is not currently listed as “poor” on the Barracuda Reputation System.

luchris good news 🥰 So now i think i not need add yandex.com to whitelist manually. I’ll test it tonight.
