How to set up the forwarding of all incoming mail correctly - do I need to do this on behalf of the administrator?

I found that there is a similar functionality in sogo, how to do it in mailcow ui?

There is also a rewriting of addresses in the mail settings, but I did not find a description of how it works. There are BBC rules and recipient overwriting. BCC = BCC, I choose a mailbox or domain and specify where to copy, did I understand correctly? is the mailbox selected as domainemail@doamain? Multiple recipients - only through an alias?

Overwriting the recipient = forwarding all mail, a copy remains?

Hi,
what exactly is the case that you want to make a forwarding?
Describe exactly what arrives and what you want to do with it.

Cheers,
Oliver

I want to set up forwarding all incoming emails to external mail (for example, from work to personal), preferably so that you can choose to delete forwarded emails or leave them in the inbox

What is the mailcow, private or work?

If the Mailcow is private, mails from work would already end up in the private mailbox, so why forward them?
If it is a work mailcow, it works as described below. (You must know whether this is permitted by law).

If the mails go to an email address and possibly its aliases, you can set the forwarding in the Sogo settings of the account.
You can then set whether a copy remains in the mailbox or not.

    The mail is working.

And what does Address rewriting do?

Is it possible to use this as a forwarding of all mail through administrative management?
How is mail processed in this case?

The solution works, but forwarded emails are landing in spam. How can this be prevented?
