SMTP server configuration - FAIL SEND MAIL

Hello, I have a problem with me, I think 😆, so I use mailcow under docker, I can send emails, I can receive emails, and the thing is that I want to set up SMTP for another application, I create an account for SMTP only under a domain. I tested it on https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test when the same config is set to passbolt it gave nothing.

I’ll link to the problem I’m already posting in the passbolt community, but I think it’s my mailcow setup problem.

I think without logs it’s difficult to say what’s wrong. What are the logs when Passbolt attempts to send an email? Logs on Passbolt during send attempt would be handy. Also maybe on Postfix on mailcow to see if it attempts any login or sending any email.

I do have a similar problem with SMTP sending from my Thunderbird, while the same credentials work good from my working website sending SMTP emails to my VPS mail server, it won’t accept email from my computer or my phone to VPS mail server.
