Hi there,
All of a sudden, out of nowhere I seem to be failing to send to 365. It seems the messages are rejected even before hitting message trace on 365.
It’s a strange one as every other platform works absolutely fine.
I’ve looked at the Postfix logs and I repeatedly see this error:
55E861C01D0: replace: header Received: from ad865cd0aa61 (mailcowdockerized-sogo-mailcow-1.mailcowdockerized_mailcow-network [172.22.1.248])??(Authenticated sender: **<sender email add>**)??by **mail server address** (Postcow) from mailcowdockerized-sogo-mailcow-1.mailcowdockerized_mailcow-network[172.22.1.248]; from=**<sender email add>** to=**<the 365 recipient address>** proto=ESMTP helo=<ad865cd0aa61>: Received: from [127.0.0.1] (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by localhost (Mailerdaemon) with ESMTPA id 55E861C01D0??for **<the 365 recipient address>**; Mon, 6 Mar 2023 20:43:50 +0000 (GMT)
Is this the cause of my emails not even hitting 365? I’m using external SMTP, none of my domains are working into 365 or Outlook for example. This never used to happen before, just wondering what may be causing this?
I’ve updated Mailcow to latest in case it was this but no change at all.
Thanks in advance.
Probably worth a mention, I was successfully able to receive a test email to the exact same 365 email from the Routing > sender-dependent transports test.
No emails received from the actual email sent via the account on Sogo itself.
