Unable to receive emails

Unable to receive emails for domains which are added to my mail-cow server. But can send emails successfully. Kindly help me how to resolve this.

MX records at domainprovider are correct ?
If set, check that your mailserver has a smaller number in priority list
e.g. maildomain.tld MX 10 YOUR.COW
mail.domain.tld MX 20 backup at ISP
AAAND ofcorse, ports smtp, smtps and submission open at firewall?

please give a little more detailed info.

p0wer thanks for your response. i guess i have added all mx recrods correctly. kindly check my DNS details for a domain. kindly suggest the changes. I have added this domain as realy.

MX Pass
Ptr failed. But that is irrelevant recieving Mails.
Ports are Open. In Firewall
Next Things could be selinux policies, running postfix in Same Host blocking the cowpost
Maildomain not activated,
Insufficient permissions in inboxvolumes

Etc.
