I’m currently using a Mailcow-Installation (updated today to 2022-12b) behind my Router @home. Receiving Emails is done by imap-sync running every minute per user. Sending is done using a relay-user directed to the ISPs mailer. There’s a slight delay in receiving emails.
I’d like to kill the delay. Is there a way to configure Mailcow to rewrite/redirect an incoming mail?
The ISPs WebMailer would forward the received mail for myuser@mydomain.com to myuser@home.mydomain.com.
home.mydomain.com would resolv to my routers public IP
Mailcow shall have an account for myuser@mydomain.com which will get the incoming mail for myuser@home.mydomain.com….. sending shall be untouched (I’d keep the relay-user)
Is this some kind of supported configuration?
Btw: User-created sieve-filters are still ignored for imap-synced incoming mails, aren’t they?
