How to generate a new Lets Encrypt Certificate for an existing installation

I have accidently deleted the DNS challenge that mailcow ACME was using. I only realised when I saw that my lets encrypt certificate had expired this morning. How do I force mailcow to generate a new Lets Encrypt Certificate and create a new DNS Challenge?

Did you already try the „Force Renewal“ section in https://docs.mailcow.email/post_installation/firststeps-ssl/ ?
