I have been running a mailcow server for a while now and everything was working fine. Then there was an issue with my PVE host system that lead to me having to restore my mailcow VM from a backup.
Restoration went well, mailcow came back online afterwards. However, while mailcow does show hundreds of emails in my mailboxes, Sogo tells me that no mailbox is selected and does not show me any emails. What’s more, all my clients that are using Sogo’s EAS connection also show me empty mailboxes.
So while my emails still seem to be there, I can’t access them anymore.
I have found the same issue a few times on the forum, but no solution. In the other cases the problem simply went away after a couple of days. But I am afraid I can’t wait that long…
So does anyone have any ideas?
