That's not directly related to mailcow - mailcow is sending the email as expected and basically works fine, however Gmail is simply rejecting your email. u mean to say its google problem for rejecting there option is already done reverse dns done

It's not a "problem", it is by design/expected/for a reason. Please see above link, search for your error message and perform the outlined steps.

Hi, Does your hosting provider have a relay server ? If yes, use that (the error suggests that). Also your ip is blacklisted : https://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/103.194.88.31.html Please check to get your ip off the lists, and read on the options your provider has on relaying. Read the error message carefully. Also follow the instructions mailcow DNS gives to have polish your DNS settings, and test not only by sending to google but also other providers. goodluck.

Google is blocking your emails, becacuse your IP is listed on Spamhaus https://check.spamhaus.org/listed/?searchterm=103.194.88.31 You can try to remove (surpress) the IP from the list by following the instructions on the link above. Good luck.

Too me it looks like that the whole /22 range is on a Policy Block List (PBL), which isn't a Spam list, but it might be enough for Google to reject emails directly coming from IPs in that range... _The Policy Block List (PBL)[11] is similar to a Dialup Users List. papia I would recommand using a comercial Mail rely service provider with a good reputation. If you set up your own relay, even in another IP range of the same provider / ISP, you will probably gain nothing, and maybe it’s even counter-productive.

papia.. please follow the suggestions provided. If there is a business need , go for a commercial solution as for now there is no guarantee your e-mails reach the recipient. The issue is , like stated a few times with the reputation of your IP (hosting providers ip). As i noticed a entry of your ip on a blacklist vanishing , i suggested to wait and try again later. Big providers cache information so it can take some hours for them to receive the delisting. But you have not tried. Did you look into the google postmaster tools as suggested ? I don’t think so.. you keep posting.

Please, if you want help, follow suggestions provided above by everyone replying. There is no magical button to push and solve your issue unfortunately. Even if you pay mailcow to help setup your server they can not , i repeat can not force google to accept your e-mail.
I only can repeat what has been said before.

It’s not a quick solution, but the Google mailservers also use IPv6. If your server has IPv6 addresses it may be an option to use those if there are problems with your v4 address.

Who told you this? Your ISP? They can tell you things all day long. The only thing we know for sure is that Google blocks this IP, and it looks like that the hole IP range is on a PBL list, which I still think is the root cause of your issue.

Again:

If your ISP can’t or won’t do anything further, try to resolve the issue directly with Google, links on how you can to do that are provided in the posts above, one of them is even included in the error logs you are getting from Google. If this doesn’t work out, you have the following options:

Switch to another ISP
Host Mailcow on a VPS
Use a commercial Mail Rely service
Use a commercial Mail provider instead of self-hosting your email (the easiest option)

If the IP is de-listed from the spam lists by now and it still doesn’t work there are still a few possibilities:

Google has the old block list still cached and it takes more time as mayk told you multiple times
Google doesn’t care and is blocking it anyways, because they block the hole subnet / IP range of your ISP, most likely based on the PBL lists.

If the latter is the case I can’t think of any other option than trying to get the IP whitelisted, using the links provided in the above posts.

but that doesn’t really get us anywhere. We can still only guess, whether it just takes more time for Google to unblock the IP or if they block it anyways. But time will tell us at least that… ;-)

sendinblue should be fine, also found mailjet that has a free plan you can test. I don’t know either services but they should have documentation on howto set it up. sendinblue mentions e-mail support for the free plan, so best option is if you get stuck contact the sendinblue support.
Again, reminder, check that you have configured your dns records accordingly (this should be documented by sendinblue or any other service).
