steppi Hello guys!! I have been using mailcow for several months already and I am very happy with everything .. This Sunday I had to renew the ssl certificate because it was expired. When I renewed the certificate, I tried to send 2 emails from my gmail address to the mailcow server. When I try to delete these two emails, they delete themselves correctly, but after about 10-20 minutes they are back in the inbox. What do you think I can do to solve the problem
aaronsmith Did you follow this process for reissuing the SSL certificate? https://docs.mailcow.email/post_installation/firststeps-ssl/ Also recommend checking logs to see if anything is being reported. You can do this in the admin UI if you want by clicking Configuration -> System Information. Then click the “Logs” tab and select “Postfix” and see if any messages give clues as to what is happening.
aaronsmith Another thought … do you have the domain set as a backup MX? https://docs.mailcow.email/troubleshooting/debug-common_problems/
steppi Hi aaronsmith! Thanks for your reply, but just this morning, I updated the mailcow docker, rebooted the server, then deleted those two messages and as of today (8 hours apart) they never came back. So I would say - problem solved! top!
