Statistics with pflogsumm

Hello

I’am trying to send statistics as wrote in this manual:

I’ve installed pflogsumm on host, but when i try to:
docker logs –since 24h $(docker ps -qf name=postfix-mailcow) | /usr/sbin/pflogsumm -d today | mail -s “Postfix Report of $(date)” My_Name@MyDomain.com (configured this email in mailcow)
docker host tell me that i dont have mail installed:
/bin/sh: 1: mail: not found
chown: cannot access ‘/usr/share/man/man1/mailq.1.gz’: No such file or directory
chown: cannot access ‘/usr/share/man/man1/mailq.1.gz’: No such file or directory
chown: cannot access ‘/usr/share/man/man1/mailq.1.gz’: No such file or directory
chown: cannot access ‘/usr/share/man/man1/mailq.1.gz’: No such file or directory

This is true, but can I use mailcow-postfix container to send it?

I think I additional need to setup my mailcow to allow sending from my local postfix.

Hmm, perhaps we can add it to the image and make it a bit easier. But a local SMTP should work fine. 🙂 Just remember to disable the smtpd listener.

Hmm..
I do as the manual says, but now I have:
mail: cannot send message: Process exited with a non-zero status

Hm, I have done it exactly like this ₂ hours ago and it worked.

Check the mail.log on the local host then.

Sorry for delay, You right, it something wrong with local installation postfix.
I only installed, basic think it will work out of the box, but it will need some setup:
postfix/sendmail[206244]: fatal: bad string length 0 < 1: setgid_group =

I will back, when I configure.

Forwarding host setup on 172.22.1.1, and working:

I don’t quite understand the last block. 🙂 Does it work now?

If not, try to set smtputf8_enable=no in data/conf/postfix/main.cf and restart Postfix.
