I’m unable to load Sogo in my browser. I am able to log in, but the screen that appears is a blank light gray — the UI is not loading. When this happens, the related sogod process goes to 100% CPU.

I was working in Sogo to create a new label (name: “Mailing lists”, imap name: $label6), and then create a new filter rule that would move messages with Header: List-Unsubscribe set to match regex .+ and apply the label.

After saving the changes, I tried to reload the mail window, and now it won’t load.

Other users are not affected and can load Sogo just fine. Also, sogo seems to handle my CalDAV and CardDAV just fine.

I feel like I might have broken it with that label. I was following the examples of the existing labels, but I don’t know what $label6 means. I might also have malformed my regex.

What can I try to do to get Sogo loading again?

Is there a way to undo my changes from the command line without loading sogo?

Thanks very much!

Wow, leaving it to think for several hours, and it just appeared. The issue seems to be another change I made: turning on threaded view for messages. I suspect it was spending all this time sorting messages into threads. I just needed to let it finish.

And now I think I’ll turn that setting off!
