Discard incoming mail during vacation

Hi all,

We have recently had a member of staff take a vacation and they accidentally enabled the “Discard incoming mail during vacation” setting. On return they realised their error and wish to recover their email during that period. I’m fairly confident the answer to this will be “no”, but I just wanted to double check. Is there any way to recover email that was discarded in this way?

Thank you in advance for any replies. Just to be clear with this message - the individual is completely at fault here and this isn’t a message to bash mailcow for working as intended.

I don’t think it will be possible to recover these emails either (only maybe the spam/rejected mails in the quarantine, if enabled). But you can search the log to find out from which senders emails were sent, so that the person can contact the senders.
