RSPAMD UI shows different settings than data/conf/rspamd/local.d/greylist.conf

I noticed today that in the RSPAMD UI, I have different settings for greylisting, etc. than in data/conf/rspamd/local.d/greylist.conf (which I have not modified)

the greylist.conf has the following settings:

reject = 15;
add_header = 8;
greylist = 7;

Whereas the RSPAMD UI under the Configuration tab shows reject=25, add_header=6 and greylist=5.

Which leads me to believe that the greylist.conf file might be being ignored?

Thoughts? Comments?
