Mailcow randomly not allowing external connections

Hi!
I’ve been using mailcow for a while now, and i went to set it up today for a new service, and it wouldn’t ping the server. I ran an SMTP server test and the server wouldn’t ping. Sending and receiving emails with SoGo works fine but anything else and it just times out. All ports, etc are open. I’m not sure what logs to send so if anyone knows what to do it would be much appreciated!

I’m running Ubuntu 20.04.

Same issue here, sending with Sogo works, but when I try to send with Ultra mailer or any other mail client, it just dosen’t connect, if you fixed the problem, could you please help me?
