I recently switched all of my mail to a Mailcow setup. I have my main domain that forwards ALL incoming emails to all mailboxes to my personal Gmail. Currently this is done via a BCC “Recipient Map” in the Address Rewriting section. The local destination is “@mydomain.com” and BCC destination is my personal Gmail address.
Generally, this works perfect, and I receive the emails immediately, however emails with certain content does not get forwarded. Particularly, it is a specific service setup email from a company that is sent when I install new servers, so the content is the same and basically has setup info for the service.
No matter what those emails don’t get forwarded and remain in the inbox of the mailbox. I thought it was due to rspamd, so I whitelisted the sender domain completely and it shows it as “no action” in the rspamd logs with score “-1008.42 / 15” (green).
