PHPMailer Unable to Connect to SMTP server due to ssl

This server is a standalone box that is running mailcow and we are running against the issue of publishing our webpage email support using PHPMailer. When we attempt to authenticate with an application utilizing PHPMailer, it fails to authenticate citing SSL. We have confirmed that SSL certs are valid (Qualsys Report: A+) and checkTLS reports Valid except when using Direct TLS. We are stumped and would appreciate the help. If you need logs, feel free to ask (there are a lot of places to get logs, please tell us from where).

What ports are you using? Also try using TLS instead of SSL in the config and see if that works

faisal We are using ports 25, 110, 143 for unencrypted traffic and 465, 587, and 993 for our secure traffic, all data is using tls by default.
