Hi,
I’m in a process of migrating to mailcow. On the old postfix server I use a virual pcre map:
/^[0-9]{8}@mydomain.com$/ user@mydomain.com
which sends all mails to 8 digits @mydomain.com to the mailbox user@mydomain.com
I tried to solve the challenge with a catch-all-mailbox and a pre-filter, but that doesnt match my
requirements (i dont’t want to get mails to random addresses).
My questions: is it save do edit /opt/mailcow-dockerized/data/conf/postfix/main.cf and modify
virtual_alias_maps = proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_alias_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_resource_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_spamalias_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_alias_domain_maps.cf
to
virtual_alias_maps = proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_alias_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_resource_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_spamalias_maps.cf,
proxy:mysql:/opt/postfix/conf/sql/mysql_virtual_alias_domain_maps.cf,
pcre:/opt/postfix/conf/virtual_pcre
without breaking mailcow (and prevent clean upgrade)?
Regards,
Tom
