a year later

Hi,
I know this is an old topic, but I ran into the same problem and couldn’t find any solutions in the API documentation. I am aware that it is possible to solve it by using the sieve options over IMAP, but since the API is for managing mailboxes, I thought there might be another solution available.
Does anyone have an update or hint on this topic?

    Sorry jhemmi , no API solution yet. But you could use a workaround:
    creat a file .procmailrc or .forward in the virtual mailbox folder.
    Approach: create a filter in SoGO UI first, then search for the users folder and look at the file, which was created

      I was hoping there would be an easier way to implement or an existing solution already available. Nevertheless, I will review your approach.
      However, since the mail server and application I plan to use are on different servers, I will need a middleware anyway.

      Also very aware this is an older topic, but @stollz or @jhemmi , would you mind explaining a bit more in detail how to get the workaround functioning. I’m not sure where to look and what to do with the ‘.procmailrc’ and/or ‘.forward’ file(s)
