i made a backup, and restored it following the official documentation using the backup script. All abackup files incl. mailcow.conf has been generated, as exptected and the contents look ok. after restoreing the backup i only get back working calendar and contacts data, but all emails are gone. Mailcow even shows the correct space usage in % , still no messages are available via sogo or client. once the client gets connected, all local mails get deleted as well. behavior is the same with or without the optional full sync after restoration is complete.
does anyone know what the issue could be? the mailcow was updated to the most recent version (11.11.2021) before making the backup. I tried the backup both on Debian 10 and 11. Both times without success.
