How to migrate all the data from round cube to the mail cow server.

Hi there!
I am previously using the RoundCube webmail with docker and hosted it under the user@domain1.com.
Now I set up the mail cow mail server with docker and hosted it under user@domain2.com.

Note:Both Roundcube and mail cow is in docker
How to migrate all the data with existing mails from the round cube to the mail cow server ??
is this possible to migrate??
