Admin access to mailboxes

To migrate one domain (multiple mailboxes) from my mailcow to other IMAP Server I want to use the IMAPSync tool.
Challenge is the passwords on the existing mailcow mailboxes. I do not know them :-)

Usually dovecote offer some admin access.
But how to use it here?
For IMAP-Login I need to use the real SMTP-address as username. How to deal with the (admin) password? And which one?
For Mailcow admin Access I enabled the 2FA with TOTP …

You only need to know the passwords for the “other IMAP Server” to create syn-cjobs in Mailcow UI for the mailboxes.

…but sync with mailcows sync-jobs only work from external to mailcow, not the other way… sorry.

You could use doveadm-sync if you have access to both servers - that’s how I pulled all mails into my mailcow initially. Attach to the dovecot conatiner to initiate the sync to your destionation server.

I want to use the shell script from imapsync locally on the existing (old) mailcow server. The new server is a public IMAP server at a Hoster. So i just have access via the IMAP protocol.

So question is how to access the old mailbox easy? And easy means without knowing the existing user passwords.
