SoGO - Mail PDF-review error

Hello,

there seems to be a bug in SoGO. If I use the preview function of SoGO than I get errors showing different pdf-files:

An error occurred during object publishing
Did not find mail method or part-reference!

What I found out is that the filename contains dots inside the filename .

“Zahlungsavis vom 29.09.2021 Kunde 9030011.pdf”

If I change the german date 29.09.2021 in the file name to 29092021 the error is gone.
I think the dots are causing this error. Maybe SoGO needs to “escape” the dots in the filename?

I have not right to open a bug-report on the SoGO-Page … only viewing is possible.

There is a special contact form you need to fill in after you registered and wait if you get the right to post.

Well, I received a mail from SoGO-Support saying I am allowed to post bugs but I still where not allowed to post after log in at mantis-bug-tracker … I tried to reply to the mail but no answer from SoGO-Support.

I have no idea what to do now … maybe someone is allowed to post bugs and can try to open a new ticket?!

After a lot of investigation we found out it is not a SOGO or Mailcow problem. All mails having problems are created using an SAP-Script to convert documents to pdf/mail and something is wrong withe the mime-type format.
