Single Users having connection issues.

It seems to only be for one mailbox. The Mailbox will work fine, sending and receiving. But it takes forever to sync mail or even sync at all. It seems to sync 3-4 messages, disconnect, then sync 3-4 messages, then disconnect again. This mailbox isn’t super huge 10k messages or so. I have bigger mailboxes on my server. I do not notice any other mailboxes acting the same way and no other users reporting any issues. The server is up to date and is only using about 80% of memory and 5% CPU. Logs look normal. everything seems normal. Any ideas?

Active sync and imap have similar results. This only seems to happen on desktop. Webmail works fine. Having this issue for a few weeks now. I have also looked into the virus scan software on the device. Ruled out the network / location also. Seems to follow outlook/desktop.

This user uses outlook on three different desktop and moves mail into different folders. Which this sync issue is mostly noticed because emails aren’t matching.
