Timeout Post Processing

For some reason I am having trouble receiving emails from one sender. When I look in postfix logs this is what I see. I’ve tried whitelisting the IP address it doesn’t seem to help. Do you guys have any suggestions please?

Same problem, but only for senders, with an xls file attachment.

yures hmm that’s interesting because that’s what the sender was trying to send to me an excel attachment.

Okay I tried sending the .xls file myself and I couldn’t send it. If I restart the rspamd container then it works most of the time.
